Not entitlement

The logic of the cross is meant to end in worship, not entitlement. “If God is for us, who can be against us?” becomes a slogan for presumption. “He will graciously give us all things” is twisted into otherworldly expectation.

The test of whether these verses are read rightly is whether they bring you to humble worship or arrogant entitlement. It means God has given us his Son and he will not fail to give us what we need to be conformed to Him.
